Like any business, we give refunds:
Refunds are provided in the following three (3) situations:
1. Service Quality Issues
- If we perform below the professional standard expected, and both parties agree that we did not fulfill our obligations as outlined in the signed agreement, a refund may be issued.
- The client must abide by all terms and conditions agreed upon at the start of the engagement for this refund to apply.
2. Withdrawal from Representation
- If we must excuse ourselves from representation due to reasons ethically allowed under legal practice standards, we will evaluate the status of the work completed:
- No Work Completed: A full refund will be issued.
- Partial Work Completed: A partial refund will be considered after assessing whether the client received any benefit from the services rendered.
3. Abusive Conduct by the Client
- We are committed to respectful, professional interactions with all clients and expect the same in return.
- If a client exhibits abusive or disrespectful behavior toward any member of our team, we reserve the right to withdraw from representation.
- In such cases, a refund will be provided after the services provided are billed at the standard hourly rate.
Additional Information
- All terms regarding refunds, service quality, and client conduct are explicitly outlined in the client agreement signed at the beginning of our engagement.
- This written agreement ensures that both parties are fully aware of their rights and responsibilities, and serves as a guide in resolving any disputes regarding services or refunds.
