The majority of our billing is done through flat fee arrangements. We have experience in the jobs we take on, and our flat fees reflect our confidence that we can do the best job at the price that is quoted.
To make our legal fees affordable we offer a variety of the option to pay in installments for some types of cases, and in cases where the outcome is often independent of our ability to do the work, as is the case with H-2B visas, where a lottery determines winners independently of the quality of an application, we structure our prices in a way that allows us to share risk.
Finally, for all of our visa and citizenship services, we have a “Price Match Policy” for those who like to price shop. Our promise is that we will match any quoted price by another law firm of comparable reputation for any immigration cases.
