How to obtain a Price Match
We believe that our immigration services are best in class when it comes to client communication, technology investment, timeliness, and personal attention paid to each case, and our costs reflect some of this effort. But, we also believe in making our services available to as many clients as possible, and we understand that cost are a very important consideration for many potential clients.
Accordingly, we offer price matching for (1) formal quotes, (2) given by other immigration law firms or law practitioners, (3) if those law firms are in a comparable legal market, and the services provided by those firms are equal in scope to what our analogous services provide.
Reserved right to reject a price quote
If after analyzing the price quote according to the criteria above, we feel that a price match is not reasonable, we will decline to do so. We reserve the right to do that to any quote. But, to maintain transparency, we will provide a brief explanation as to why.
Signing of an Price Quote agreement
Finally, before we provide an answer to a price match inquiry, we will require the client seeking the price match to sign an agreement to, among other things; (1) Not share the price we quoted publicly (including any online forums or social media); (2) Not give us any ratings online based on a price quote that they do not agree with; and, (3) That a price quote does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other sort of attorney-client privilege outside of the signed agreement.
