As far as what you can and can’t do while using this site, or using materials on this site, all of that is written out our terms of use on terms of services page. Notwithstanding, some people don’t read terms of service pages (shocker!) and like to receive a short answer on exactly what it is they should and shouldn’t do.
While we absolutely stick by our terms of service, a short answer is that we take two things very seriously, meaning more seriously than everything else – (1) We invest litigation resources in protecting our Bull City Lawyer trademarks and copyrighted images (including all variations of our logo), or our original artwork (like the banners on this website, or any of our service badges), and (2) Nothing on this site establishes an attorney-client relationship.
Wait, What’s Your Logo?
There are many variants, but this is the basic trademarked logo:
Any of it’s components, including the lettering, and the bull above the custom-drawn Durham city-scape, are trademarked.
What are your banners?
This is one of our banners:
It, and all of it’s longer and short variations are likewise protected.
The following are also our banners, and all of their variations are also something we take a deep interest in:
1.
2.
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
What’s an example of variation?
These are examples of variations:
1.
2.
There are many others, and the examples above are not at all exhaustive.
So…in closing…
If you remember those two things, you should, in large part, be able to use this site without a problem.
