Like any business, we give refunds:
In general, however, there are only three (3) situations in which our clients can receive a refund:
- If we do a really bad job, we both agree that we did a bad job, and you abide by all of the agreements that were signed when you became a client.
- If we have to excuse ourselves from representation for any of the reasons that ethically allow us to do so, and we have not begun work on the matter we were hired to do, or we have only completed a part of the agreed-upon work. In the latter case, our policy is to give a partial refund after evaluating if you received any benefit from our service.
- We care about all of our clients, but we also demand that our clients be as respectful to us and our staff as we are to them. In cases where we feel that a client is being abusive to anyone in our firm, we will pull out of a matter and give a refund for any services not yet completed.
All of this is spelled out in the contract a client signs with our firm before we begin services, so you’d see it in written form as a promise were you to hire us.
